Agreement Officer definition

Agreement Officer means a person duly appointed with the authority to enter in and administer contracts on the behalf of the Government.
Agreement Officer includes persons warranted as "Grant Officers." It also includes certain authorized representatives of the AO acting within the limits of their authority as delegated by the AO.   • During each year of this Agreement, Officer shall be entitled to vacation in accordance with Company policy in effect from time to time.
