Competitive process. Subrecipient acknowledges that the procurement of all supplies, services and equipment pursuant to, and utilizing funds provided by, this Contract involves the expenditure of public funds and that the use of a competitive process open to all interested competitors is necessary to maintain the public trust and to allow all interested persons to compete for business resulting from expenditure of said public funds.
Competitive process. (ii) area of selection;
(iii) salary range;
(iv) summary duties of the position;
(v) particular working conditions including shift work, need to travel;
(vi) essential qualifications including security clearances and language requirements;
(vii) closing date;
(viii) name, address, e-mail address and phone number of the NAV CANADA representative designated to receive the application;
(ix) the establishment of an eligibility list if such is the case.
(c) Interested employees may apply for the position posted by filing his or her application in accordance with the posting with NAV CANADA on or before the closing date of the posting: In the event an employee is absent from the workplace for the duration of the posting period due to vacation leave or illness, an application will be accepted from the employee up until the commencement of the testing or interview process.
(d) For each position to be staffed NAV CANADA shall develop a Statement of Qualifications. The qualifications must be relevant to the position. Upon request an employee shall be provided with a current statement of duties of the position.
(e) Employees who do not meet the basic requirements for the position(s) being staffed, as outlined on the Statement of Qualifications, shall be screened out and shall be so advised.
(f) The remaining applicants will be assessed against the Statement of Qualifications by a variety of means, such as testing, interviewing, and/or other reasonable measures. Interviews may be conducted in person, via teleconferencing or other suitable methods.
(g) For the purposes of the present Article, a candidate may include a qualified employee covered by the present agreement or an employee from outside the bargaining unit(s) whose current position is at a lower or equivalent level to that ...
Competitive process. The Employer shall consider the applications received, both internally and from outside the bargaining unit, and shall determine who the successful candidate is, if anyone. In the event the Employer determines that the successful candidate is one of two existing bargaining unit employees, who are both judged equal by the Employer, then the successful candidate shall be the most senior of the two employees. The Union shall be advised of the successful candidate’s name.
Competitive process. The Network’s Cooperative Agreement Program conducted under this Request for Proposals is a competitive process and the funding of any submitted proposals is at the discretion of USDA in consultation with the Network’s Governing Board which forms its proposal review panel.

Competitive process. Seller and Purchaser agree that Seller shall make available to other prospective purchasers of the Business or the Transferred Assets the opportunity to acquire the Transferred Assets only through the procedures set forth in Exhibit 2 or as the Court may otherwise order.
Competitive process. 4.1 The Recipient shall procure all goods and services from qualified organizations to develop and construct the Innovation Centre Facility in a manner that achieves best value for money and retain any and all consultants reasonably required to undertake the development and construction of the Innovation Centre Facility.
4.2 The Recipient shall carry out a transparent, competitive process that ensures the best value for the Provincial Contribution. The Recipient agrees to consult with the City’s Director of Economic Development and Innovation and the City’s Chief Procurement Officer to finalize its RFP(s) related to the development and construction of the Innovation Centre Facility. An evaluation team, overseen and facilitated by the Recipient, will review all proposals and score the proposals. The City’s Director of Economic Development and Innovation and the City’s Chief Procurement Officer will participate in the Recipient’s evaluation team and will be permitted to participate in negotiations with the successful proponents and to review and approve the Recipient’s proposed agreement with the successful proponents prior to execution. The agreement between the Recipient and the successful proponents shall reflect the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
4.3 The agreement between the Recipient and the successful proponents (referred to in section 4.2) shall require that the successful proponents, to the fullest extent possible, carry-out the Project and/or provide their services in both English and French. This requirement shall include, all written materials produced by the successful proponents, all directional signage and any contents on any website relating to the Project.
4.4 Upon selection of the successful proponents for the construction and operation/management of the Innovation Centre Facility, or any services provided on behalf of the Recipient, the Recipient shall finalize, and be responsible for, the proposed timelines for construction and milestones, and service level agreements and confirm total costs, a copy of which shall be provided to the City’s Economic Development and Innovation Director for approval. Once such approval is obtained, no further change, modification or amendment may be made without the written approval of the City’s Economic Development and Innovation Director.
