Agricultural storm water discharge means a precipitation related discharge from a land application area where the manure, litter, or process wastewater has been applied in accordance with this rule and site-specific nutrient management practices to ensure the agronomic utilization of the nutrients in the manure, litter, or process wastewater as provided in 33 U.S.C. 1362(14) and 40 CFR 122.23(e).
