AHERA accredited building inspector means a person who has successfully completed the training requirements for a building inspector established by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Asbestos Model Accreditation Plan; Interim Final Rule (40 CFR 763, Appendix C to Subpart E, I.B.3) and whose certification is current.
