Asbestos model accreditation plan means the asbestos model accreditation plan issued by the environmental protection agency, appendix C to subpart E of part 763 of title 40 of the code of federal regulations.
Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.
Educational program means a program for educating and preparing physician assistants which is approved by the board.

Environmental and Social Commitment Plan or “ESCP” means the environmental and social commitment plan for the Project, dated December 3, 2021, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions thereof, which sets out the material measures and actions that the Recipient shall carry out or cause to be carried out to address the potential environmental and social risks and impacts of the Project, including the timeframes of the actions and measures, institutional, staffing, training, monitoring and reporting arrangements, and any environmental and social instruments to be prepared thereunder.
