AIG Settlement Agreement definition

AIG Settlement Agreement means the settlement agreement between OCD and Birmingham Fire Insurance Company, Granite State Insurance Company, Landmark Insurance Company, Lexington Insurance Company, and National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, PA, with an effective date of October 19, 2005, which was approved by the Bankruptcy Court on January 10, 2006.
AIG Settlement Agreement means that certain settlement agreement by and among Freedom, AIG, the Former Ds and Os, plaintiff representatives of a proposed putative settlement class, and the Named Plaintiffs (as defined in the AIG Settlement Agreement) in the Good Litigation (as defined in the AIG Settlement Agreement) and in the Bar 101 Litigation (as defined in the AIG Settlement Agreement) as filed with the Bankruptcy Court on December 11, 2014 at Docket No. 642 and approved by the Bankruptcy Court on March 19, 2015 at Docket No. 725.
AIG Settlement Agreement means the stipulation by and among National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, PA, AIG Insurance Company of Canada, American Home Assurance Company, Chartis Claims, Inc. and other insurers affiliated with AIG Property Casualty, Inc. and Debtors Revolving Claims and Closing Out Certain Insurance Programs, dated August , 2015 in the form of Exhibit A hereto. AIG shall not be required to file an Administrative Expense Claim or Priority Claim in order to receive the treatment provided under the AIG Settlement Agreement.
