Air District definition

Air District means one of the local air pollution control districts (APCDs) or air quality management districts (AQMDs) established under H&S section 40000 et seq.
Air District means an air quality management district or air pollution control district created or continued in existence under Health and Safety Code sections 40000-41357.
Air District has the meaning given such term in the Recitals.

  • This non-discrimination policy also applies to other people or entities affiliated with Air District, including contractors or grantees that the Air District utilizes to provide benefits and services to members of the public.

  • The Air District will not tolerate discrimination against any person(s) seeking to participate in, or receive the benefits of, any program or activity offered or conducted by the Air District.
