Aircraft Refuelling definition

Aircraft Refuelling means the supply and delivery via the Facilities of Fuel, Lubricants and related Products, and defuelling and related operations and services"
Aircraft Refuelling shall have the meaning given to it in the Throughput Indemnification Agreement in place between Operator, Supplier, ITP
Aircraft Refuelling in this context means the supply and delivery via joint facilities or storage of fuels, lubricants and related products, and defuelling, and related operations and services.
