Aircraft Registry definition

Aircraft Registry means the Federal Aviation Administration Aircraft Registry located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, or such different office or location of said Registry, or the office of any successor to said Registry, as may be duly designated by the Secretary of Transportation (or his successor or designee) for receipt and recording of "conveyances" (as defined in the Federal Aviation Act) to preserve and protect their validity as against, and to publish notice to, third parties.
Aircraft Registry means, with respect to any Aircraft, any registry of aircraft or interests therein maintained by the Aviation Authority in the relevant State of Registration, or any successor registry having an essentially similar purpose pertinent to the registration of such Aircraft pursuant to the Registration Requirements.
Aircraft Registry means the Federal Aviation Administration of the United States.

  • Aircraft Mortgage means each Aircraft and Engine mortgage and security agreement entered into by any Borrower in favor of the Agent evidencing the Liens in respect of such Aircraft Collateral that will secure the Obligations, in each case as amended, modified, restated, supplemented or replaced from time to time.

  • Trust Register and “Trust Registrar” have the meanings stated in Section 3.2 of the Trust Agreement.

  • Investor Registry As defined in Section 4.02(a) of this Agreement.

  • Land Registry means the Land Registry of England and Wales.

  • International Register means the official collection of data concerning international registrations maintained by the International Bureau, which data the Agreement, the Protocol or the Regulations require or permit to be recorded, irrespective of the medium in which such data are stored;

  • Aircraft means any machine that can derive support in the atmosphere from the reactions of the air other than the reactions of the air against the earth’s surface;

  • aircraft operator means a person that operated at least 729 commercial air transport flights departing from Union airports in the reporting period or, where that person may not be identified, the owner of the aircraft;

  • Aircraft Documents means all flight records, maintenance records, historical records, modification records, overhaul records, manuals, logbooks, authorizations, drawings and data relating to the Airframe, any Engine, or any Part, or that are required by Applicable Law to be created or maintained with respect to the maintenance and/or operation of the Aircraft.

  • Unmanned aircraft means any aircraft operating or designed to operate autonomously or to be piloted remotely without a pilot on board;

  • Aircraft Protocol means the official English language text of the Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters Specific to Aircraft Equipment, adopted on November 16, 2001, at a diplomatic conference in Cape Town, South Africa, and all amendments, supplements, and revisions thereto (and from and after the effective date of the Cape Town Treaty in the relevant country, means when referring to the Aircraft Protocol with respect to that country, the Aircraft Protocol as in effect in such country, unless otherwise indicated).

  • Owned Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the third recital to this Trust Supplement.

  • Commercial aircraft means any civil aircraft used in flight activity for compensation or for hire.

  • Equipment Note Register has the meaning specified in Section 2.07 of the Indenture.
