Airframe 3 definition

Airframe 3 means that certain Gulfstream Aerospace G-VSP aircraft bearing U.S. registration number N837BA, and manufacturer’s serial number 5122, together with any and all Parts (including, but not limited to, landing gear and auxiliary power units but excluding Engines or engines) so long as such Parts shall be either incorporated or installed in or attached to the Airframe.
Airframe 3. “Airframe 4”, “Airframe 5”, “Airframe 6”, “Engines (Aircraft 1)”, “Engines (Aircraft 2)”, “Engines (Aircraft 3)”, “Engines (Aircraft 4)”, “Engines (Aircraft 5)” and “Engines (Aircraft 6)”, and insert in place of the deleted definitions the new definitions set forth in Attachment A hereto.

Related to Airframe 3

  • Airframe means the fuselage, booms, nacelles, cowlings, fairings, airfoil surfaces including rotors (but excluding propellers and rotating airfoils of a powerplant) and landing gear of an aircraft and their accessories and controls;

  • airframes means airframes (other than those used in military, customs or police services) that, when appropriate aircraft engines are installed thereon, are type certified by the competent aviation authority to transport:

  • Aircraft means any machine that can derive support in the atmosphere from the reactions of the air other than the reactions of the air against the earth’s surface;

  • aircraft type means all aircraft of the same basic design including all modifications thereto except those modifications which result in a change in handling or flight characteristics;

  • Engine under the Lease. The term "Engines" means, as of any date of determination, both Engines then leased to the Lessee pursuant to the Lease.
