Aircraft 1 definition

Aircraft 1 means Airframe 1, and the Engines, the Parts, and the Aircraft Documents associated with Airframe 1. The Engines associated with Aircraft 1 shall be deemed part of the “Aircraft 1” whether or not from time to time attached to the Airframe or removed from the Airframe.
Aircraft 1 means the Airframe and the Engines described in row number 1 in the table set forth in Exhibit A and the Parts and the Aircraft Documentation relating thereto.
Aircraft 1 means collectively that certain Gulfstream Aerospace G650ER aircraft bearing U.S. registration number N651BA and manufacturer's serial number 6287 (“Airframe 1”), together with two (2) Rolls-Royce BR700-725A1-12 engines bearing manufacturer's serial numbers 25683 & 25682 (“Aircraft 1 Engines”), and all Parts and Aircraft Documents associated with Aircraft 1. The Aircraft 1 Engines shall be deemed part of Aircraft 1 whether or not from time to time attached to Airframe 1 or removed from Airframe 1.

More Definitions of Aircraft 1

Aircraft 1 means the Boeing 747-8F aircraft, which is the subject of the Aircraft Purchase Agreement and this Agreement, identified as such and as more particularly described in Schedule 2 (Aircraft Details), including the Airframe, Engines and Parts relating thereto, together with, as the context permits, the aircraft and engine manuals, records and other technical documents to be delivered therewith.
Aircraft 1 means the A330-300 aircraft with delivery rank no. 1 as more specifically described in Schedule III to the Credit Agreement including (i) the relevant Airframe, (ii) the Engines attached thereto and where the context admits (iii) the Manuals and Technical Records.
Aircraft 1For Lease Term One: USD 250 000 no later than 1st of December, 2020; For Lease Term Two and all following Lease Terms: USD 100 000 no later than 31st of December of each applicable calendar year, USD 100 000 no later than 28th of February of each applicable calendar year and USD 50 000 no later than 1st of April of each applicable calendar year.

  • aircraft type means all aircraft of the same basic design including all modifications thereto except those modifications which result in a change in handling or flight characteristics;

  • Aircraft Protocol means the official English language text of the Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters Specific to Aircraft Equipment, adopted on November 16, 2001, at a diplomatic conference in Cape Town, South Africa, and all amendments, supplements, and revisions thereto (and from and after the effective date of the Cape Town Treaty in the relevant country, means when referring to the Aircraft Protocol with respect to that country, the Aircraft Protocol as in effect in such country, unless otherwise indicated).

  • Civil aircraft means any aircraft other than a public aircraft.

  • Aircraft Mortgage means that “Aircraft Mortgage” as defined in Section 4.01(e), as the same may be amended, restated, modified, supplemented, extended or amended and restated from time to time.

  • Airframe means the Aircraft excluding the Propulsion Systems.

  • Unmanned aircraft means any aircraft operating or designed to operate autonomously or to be piloted remotely without a pilot on board;

  • airframes means airframes (other than those used in military, customs or police services) that, when appropriate aircraft engines are installed thereon, are type certified by the competent aviation authority to transport:

  • aircraft operator means a person that operated at least 729 commercial air transport flights departing from Union airports in the reporting period or, where that person may not be identified, the owner of the aircraft;

  • Commercial aircraft means any civil aircraft used in flight activity for compensation or for hire.

  • Leased Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the third recital to this Trust Supplement.

  • Engines means, as of any date of determination, all Engines then leased hereunder.

  • State aircraft means an aircraft, other than a commercial aircraft, owned and operated by the government of any country or the government of a colony, dependency, province, state, territory or municipality of a country;

  • aircraft objects means airframes, aircraft engines and helicopters;

  • Public aircraft means an aircraft used exclusively in the service of any government or of any political subdivision thereof, including the government of any state, territory, or possession of the United States, or the District of Columbia, but not including any government-owned aircraft engaged in carrying persons or property for commercial purposes.

  • Replacement Aircraft means the Aircraft of which a Replacement Airframe is part.

  • Aircraft Purchase Agreement Has the meaning specified in the NPA.

  • Engine under the Lease. The term "Engines" means, as of any date of determination, both Engines then leased to the Lessee pursuant to the Lease.

  • Operation of aircraft or “operate aircraft” means the use of aircraft for the purpose of air navigation, including the navigation or piloting of aircraft. Any person who causes or authorizes the operation of aircraft, whether with or without the right of legal control in the capacity of owner, lessee, or otherwise, of the aircraft, is engaging in the operation of aircraft.

  • engine type means a category of engines which do not differ in essential engine characteristics.

  • Aircraft Liability This policy does not cover "aircraft liability".

  • large aircraft means an aircraft, classified as an aeroplane with a maximum take-off mass of more than 5 700 kg, or a multi-engined helicopter;

  • Eligible Aircraft has the meaning set forth in the second recital to the Note Purchase Agreement.
