This Agreement is subject and subordinate to the provisions of any agreement already made or to be made in the future between County and the United States relative to the operation or maintenance of the Airport, the execution of which is a condition precedent to the transfer of federal rights or property to County for Airport purposes, or to the expenditure of federal funds for the improvement or development of the Airport in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as amended.

The Commissioner may at any time during the Term require Tenant to relocate all or portion of the Leased Space to another location within the Airport and terminate the Lease with respect to the Leased Space being vacated when, in the sole discretion of the Commissioner, the relocation is necessary for other Airport purposes or is in the best interest of the City.
The City will endeavor not to require Tenant to move from the Leased Space being vacated to the Relocation Space before Work on Improvements in the Relocation Space is completed, but the Leased Space being vacated may be needed for other Airport purposes prior to the completion of Improvements in the Relocation Space.
