Alarm system installer definition

Alarm system installer means a person who is engaged in the layout, installation, repair, alteration, addition, or maintenance of alarm systems and who is certified under the provisions of this chapter to perform work authorized by that certification and any endorsement pertaining thereto. An alarm system installer shall be an employee of an alarm system contractor or, if employed by anyone other than an alarm system contractor, shall perform work requiring certification as an alarm system installer only on property owned or occupied by such employer.
Alarm system installer means an employee of an alarm system contractor who is a per- son engaged in the layout, installation, repair, alteration, addition, or maintenance, or mainte- nance inspection of alarm systems as an employee of an alarm system contractor, or as an em- ployee of any employer other than an alarm system contractor in a building or facility owned or occupied by such employer.

  • Alarm system means equipment and devices assembled for the purpose of:

Should Lessee make any alterations, improvements, additions or Utility Installations without the prior approval of Lessor, Lessor may require that Lessee remove any or all of the same.

  • water installation means the pipes and water fittings which are situated on any premises and ownership thereof vests in the owner thereof and used or intended to be used in connection with the use of water on such premises, and includes a pipe and water fitting situated outside the boundary of the premises, which either connects to the connection pipe relating to such premises or is otherwise laid with the permission of the municipality;

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

Lessee may, however, make non-structural Utility Installations to the interior of the Premises (excluding the roof) without Lessor's consent but upon notice to Lessor, so long as they are not visible from the outside of the Premises, do not involve puncturing, relocating or removing the roof or any existing walls, or changing or interfering with the fire sprinkler or fire detection systems and the cumulative cost thereof during the term of this Lease as extended does not exceed $2,500.00.

  • Existing installation means an installation, construction of which began prior to the effective date of any regulation having application to it.

  • Installation means that the System or a Subsystem as specified in the Contract is ready for Commissioning as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).
