Alipay Framework Agreement definition

Alipay Framework Agreement means the framework agreement dated July 29, 2011 by and among the Company, SOFTBANK, Yahoo!, Xxxxxx.xxx Co., Ltd., APN Ltd., Zhejiang Alibaba E-Commerce Co., Ltd., Xxxx Xxx Ma, Xxxxxx X. Xxxx and the Joinder Parties (as defined therein) thereto.
