Alipay Wallet means a digital wallet operated by Alipay, which has stored value funded through a variety of funding sources and enables Alipay cardholders to approved foreign currency means a foreign currency which is designated by us from time to time as an approved foreign currency. attempted authenticated transaction means a card transaction which you tried to authenticate using the authentication procedures, but were unable to do so because at the time you tried, either: (a) the card issuer was not registered with the card schemes to participate in the authentication procedures; or (b) the cardholder was not registered with the issuer to participate in the authentication procedures; or (c) the card issuer chose to bypass authentication. to be followed and satisfied (respectively) when authenticating the identity of a cardholder who wishes to use their card to purchase goods or services from you over the Internet.

  • These changes shall take immediate effect if the changes are in your favour (including, but not limited to, protecting the security of your Alipay Wallet and electronic money or providing a better service or new feature) or to comply with Applicable Law.

  • Information regarding payments received, payments sent, Withdrawals, fees charged and other Alipay Wallet Services activity are displayed when you access your Alipay Wallet in the Merchant Portal.

  • If we have terminated your use of the Alipay Wallet Services pursuant to these Terms and Conditions, we may in our sole discretion take steps to close your Alipay Wallet.
