All Other Orders means orders, and modifications of such orders, under basic ordering agreements or indefinite-delivery contracts.

  • All other forms means all consumer product forms for which no form-specific VOC standard is specified. Unless specified otherwise by the applicable VOC standard, “all other forms” include, but are not limited to, solids, liquids (which includes the liquid containing or liquid impregnated portion of the cloth or paper wipes (towelettes), wicks, powders, and crystals.

  • Reports means the reports described in Schedule B as well as any other reports or information required to be provided under the Enabling Legislation or this Agreement;

  • Multi-factor Authentication means controlling access to computers and other IT resources by requiring two or more pieces of evidence that the user is who they claim to be. These pieces of evidence consist of something the user knows, such as a password or PIN; something the user has such as a key card, smart card, or physical token; and something the user is, a biometric identifier such as a fingerprint, facial scan, or retinal scan. “PIN” means a personal identification number, a series of numbers which act as a password for a device. Since PINs are typically only four to six characters, PINs are usually used in conjunction with another factor of authentication, such as a fingerprint.

  • Clinical staff means persons who work in a hospital whose duties include the personal care or medical treatment of patients. “Clinical staff” includes, but is not limited to, credentialed physicians, physicians’ assistants, nurses, nursing aides, medical technicians, therapists, and other individuals involved in the personal care or medical treatment of patients.

  • Medical Staff means all physicians, dentists, oral surgeons, and podiatrists who have been appointed to the Medical Staff by the Board.

  • Other Contractors means any contractor (other than the entity which executed this Contract or its Subcontractors) who or which has a contract with the City for work on or adjacent to the building or Site of the Work.

  • Engineering means the application of scientific knowledge for the design, control, or use of building structures, equipment, or apparatus.

  • staff matters means the remuneration, conditions of service, promotion, conduct, suspension, dismissal or retirement of staff;

  • Engineering Reports has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(c)(i).

  • Credentials means the cab card and plate issued in accordance with the plan.

  • Radiation safety officer means an individual who has the knowledge and responsibility to apply appropriate radiation protection regulations and has been assigned such responsibility by the licensee or registrant.

  • Systems Engineering means preparing specifications, identifying and resolving interface problems, developing test requirements, evaluating test data, and supervising design.

  • Overvote means that the elector marks or designates more names than there are persons to be elected to an office or designates more than one answer to a ballot question, and the tabulator records no vote for the office or question.

  • Chief of Staff means the member of the Medical Staff appointed by the Board of Directors to be responsible for the professional standards of the Professional Staff, and the quality of professional staff care rendered at the Hospital;

  • Authentication of product history means, but is not limited to, identifying the purchasing source, the ultimate fate, and any intermediate handling of any component of a radiopharmaceutical.

  • Denturist means an individual licensed to practice denture technology pursuant to state law.

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Strong Customer Authentication means an authentication based on the use of two or more elements categorised as knowledge (something only the user knows), possession (something only the user possesses) and inherence (something the user is) that are independent, in that the breach of one does not compromise the reliability of the others, and is designed in such a way as to protect the confidentiality of the authentication data;

  • MEDICAL STAFF LEADER means any Medical Staff Officer, department chair, section chief, and committee chair.

  • Medical Review Officer (MRO) means a licensed physician responsible for receiving and reviewing laboratory results generated by the school district’s drug testing program and for evaluating medical explanations for certain drug tests.

  • Other Contracting Bodies means all Contracting Bodies except the Authority and “Other Contracting Body” shall be construed accordingly;

  • Professional Staff means the Medical Staff, Dental Staff, Midwifery Staff and Extended Class Nursing Staff;

  • Company’s Reports means (i) the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019 as filed with the SEC, including the audited financial statements contained therein; (ii) the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2020, as filed with the SEC, including the unaudited financial statements contained therein, and (iii) the Company’s public reports for the year ended December 31, 2019 and the period ended June 30, 2020, as filed with the FRB as required by regulations of the FRB.

  • Special Contract Attachments means any attachment to this Contract.

  • Medical Review Officer (MRO means a licensed physician, employed with or contracted with the City, responsible for receiving laboratory results generated by the City's drug testing program who has knowledge of substance abuse disorders, laboratory testing procedures, and chain of custody collection procedures; who verifies positive, confirmed test results, and who has the necessary and appropriate medical training to interpret and evaluate an individual's confirmed positive test result together with his or her medical history and any other relevant biomedical information.
