Alliance Steering Committee definition

Alliance Steering Committee means the Alliance Steering Committee described in Section 3 hereof.
Alliance Steering Committee or "ASC" means the committee of VARIAGENICS and WATERS representatives established pursuant to Section 3 hereof to administer the affairs of the Strategic Alliance.
Alliance Steering Committee or “ASC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.7.

  • Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • Project Committee has the meaning assigned to it in Section 6.1;

  • Working Group means representatives of the Applicable Registry Operators and other members of the community that the Registry Stakeholders Group appoints, from time to time, to serve as a working group to consult on amendments to the Applicable Registry Agreements (excluding bilateral amendments pursuant to Section 7.6(i)).
