Alliance Works definition

Alliance Works means the whole of the work to be carried out by us in accordance with this Agreement, as varied in accordance with this Agreement, which is to be handed over to RTA, but excluding Construction Plant and Temporary Works.
Alliance Works means the structures, plant and other things to be furnished, fabricated, constructed, installed, erected or commissioned by the combined efforts of the Participants and handed over to TIDC under this Agreement but excluding the Temporary Works.

  • This Agreement as amended from time to time contains the entire agreement between us and supersedes all prior arrangements whether written or oral and any heads of agreement, letters of intent, representations and other documents in relation to the Alliance Works issued or entered into prior to the date of this Agreement.

  • We must ensure that the Alliance Manager prepares a Project Aboriginal Participation Plan as defined in, and in accordance with, the NSW Government Aboriginal Participation in Construction Implementation Guidelines, as soon as practicable after the commencement of the Alliance Works, and obtains the approval of that plan by the ALT.

  • RTA may, as part of the process contemplated under clause 5.2, require the Participants to develop and submit to RTA a Project Proposal for each Separable Portion of the Alliance Works (if applicable).

  • Defined terms set out in the Commercial Framework apply in this Agreement and the following definitions apply in this Agreement: Actual Outturn Cost or AOC means the sum of all Direct Costs actually incurred by the Alliance Participants in performing the work under this Agreement to bring the Alliance Works to Final Completion plus the Fee paid or payable by RTA to the NOPs. Agreement means this document and includes its schedules, annexures and attachments.

Related to Alliance Works

  • The Works means the work or works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Sewage works means all facilities for collecting, pumping, treating, and disposing of sewage.

  • Development Works means the external development works and internal development works on immovable property;

  • Work/ works means work / works to be executed in accordance with the contract.

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.

  • Development Tools means the development kits, programming tools, emulators and other materials that may be used in the development of Games under this Agreement.

  • Derivative Works means any work, whether in Source or Object form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of, the Work and Derivative Works thereof.

  • Research Use shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Collaboration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Developed Technology means any Technology including, without limitation, any enhancements, substitutions or improvements to the Core Technology that is (a) discovered, developed or otherwise acquired by DURA pursuant to the terms of the Development Agreement or (b) otherwise acquired by or on behalf of Xxxxxx Corp. II during the term of the Development Agreement.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Urgent Works means any urgent measures, which in the opinion of the Engineer-in-charge become necessary during the progress of the work to obviate any risk of accident or failure or which become necessary for security.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Company Technology means all Technology owned or purported to be owned by the Company.

  • Work Products are defined as all materials, tangible or not, created in whatever medium pursuant to this Agreement, including without limitation publications, promotional or educational materials, reports, manuals, specifications, drawings and sketches, computer programs, software and databases, schematics, marks, logos, graphic designs, notes, matters and combinations thereof, and all forms of intellectual property.

  • Project Materials means any and all works of authorship, artistic, literary and other works, inventions and materials designed, created, developed, written or prepared by the Supplier (or the Supplier's Personnel) in the course of providing the Services, whether individually, collectively or jointly with the Purchaser and on whatever media;

  • live-work unit means a unit intended for both residential and non-residential uses concurrently;
