Allied Systems definition

Allied Systems means ASLTD L.P. (f/k/a Allied Systems, Ltd. (L.P.)), a Georgia limited partnership, one of the above-captioned Debtors.
Allied Systems. Allied Systems, Ltd. (L.P.), a Georgia limited partnership of which AAGI is the managing general partner and of which any one or more of the Borrower or its wholly-owned Subsidiaries which is a Guarantor is a general partner.   • Allied means Allied Waste Industries, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
