Allocated Manager Fee definition

Allocated Manager Fee means, for a Host Customer Solar Asset, the amount equal to the product of (i) the sum of (A) the Administrative Fee Base Rate and (B) the O&M Fee Base Rate, multiplied by (ii) the DC nameplate capacity (measured in kW) of the PV System related to such Host Customer Solar Asset.
Allocated Manager Fee means, for a Solar Loan, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Manager Fee Base Rate and (ii) the DC nameplate capacity (measured in kW) of the PV System related to such Solar Loan.

Related to Allocated Manager Fee

  • Designated Manager means manager designated by your business unit or department to supervise your personal trading and investing activities.

  • Independent Manager Fee is defined in Section 4.01(a) of the LLC Agreement.

  • Affiliated Manager means any Manager in which Borrower, Principal, or Guarantor has, directly or indirectly, any legal, beneficial or economic interest.

  • Fund Manager means the manager appointed for the day-to-day management and administration of the scheme.

  • Investment Management Fee means each of the Senior Investment Management Fee, the Subordinated Investment Management Fee and the Incentive Investment Management Fee.

  • Qualified Manager means in the reasonable judgment of Lender, a reputable and experienced management organization (which may be an Affiliate of Borrower) possessing experience in managing properties similar in size, scope, use and value as the Property, provided, that Borrower shall have obtained (i) prior written confirmation from the applicable Rating Agencies that management of the Property by such Person will not cause a downgrade, withdrawal or qualification of the then current ratings of the Securities or any class thereof and (ii) if such Person is an Affiliate of Borrower, an Additional Insolvency Opinion.

  • Dealer Manager Fee means the fee from the sale of Shares in a Primary Offering, payable to the Dealer Manager for serving as the dealer manager of such Primary Offering.

  • Property Management Fee means the fee payable to the Manager for its day-to-day management of the Property pursuant to the Management Agreement.

  • Professional Fee Escrow Amount means the aggregate amount of Professional Fee Claims and other unpaid fees and expenses Professionals estimate they have incurred or will incur in rendering services to the Debtors prior to and as of the Confirmation Date, which estimates Professionals shall deliver to the Debtors as set forth in Article II.C of the Plan.

  • Special Servicing Fee shall have the meaning given to such term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Class A Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.01.

  • Asset Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.

  • General Servicing Fee With respect to each Due Period and any Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to one-twelfth the product of (i) the General Servicing Fee Rate and (ii) the outstanding principal balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the related Determination Date. The General Servicing Fee is payable solely from, the interest portion (including recoveries with respect to interest from Liquidation Proceeds to the extent permitted by Section 3.02 of this Agreement) of such Monthly Payments collected by the Servicer, or as otherwise provided under this Agreement. General Servicing Fee Rate: 0.50% per annum.

  • Professional Fee Amount means the aggregate amount of Professional Fee Claims and other unpaid fees and expenses that Professionals estimate they have incurred or will incur in rendering services to the Debtors prior to and as of the Confirmation Date, which estimates Professionals shall deliver to the Debtors as set forth in Article II.B of the Plan.

  • Arranger Fee means a fee charged by the Arranger in relation to each Series of ETP Securities, as modified by the Arranger from time to time, as set out in the Base Prospectus of the Issuer.

  • Servicing Fee Percentage With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the percentage specified on the Servicer Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Class B Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.01.

  • Primary Servicing Fee means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and REO Mortgage Loan, the fee payable to the Primary Servicer pursuant to Section 3.01(c)(20) of this Agreement.

  • Master Servicing Fee As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to one-twelfth the product of (a) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of each Mortgage Loan. Master Servicing Fee Rate: 0.00% per annum.

  • Alternative fuel means natural gas, propane, ethanol, methanol, gasoline (when used in hybrid electric mobile cargo handling equipment only), hydrogen, electricity, fuel cells, or advanced technologies that do not rely on diesel fuel. "Alternative fuel" also means any of these fuels used in combination with each other or in combination with other non-diesel fuel.

  • Approved Manager means, in relation to each Ship, Allseas Marine S.A. a corporation organised and existing under the laws of the Republic of Liberia, having its registered office at 00 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx and maintaining a ship management office at Voula Center, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx 000-000, 000 00 Xxxxx, Xxxxxx or any other company which the Agent may, with the authorisation of the Majority Lenders, approve from time to time as the technical and/or commercial manager of a Ship;

  • Permitted Special Servicer/Affiliate Fees Any commercially reasonable treasury management fees, banking fees, title insurance and/or other insurance commissions and fees, title agency fees, and appraisal review fees received or retained by the Special Servicer or any of its Affiliates in connection with any services performed by such party with respect to any Serviced Loan or REO Property, in each case, in accordance with Article III of this Agreement.

  • alternative fuels means fuels or power sources which serve, at least partly, as a substitute for fossil oil sources in the energy supply to transport and which have the potential to contribute to its decarbonisation and enhance the environmental performance of the transport sector, including:

  • Excess Servicing Fee Right With respect to each Mortgage Loan (including an REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto), the right to receive Excess Servicing Fees. In the absence of any transfer of the Excess Servicing Fee Right, the Master Servicer shall be the owner of such Excess Servicing Fee Right.
