Allocated Quantity definition

Allocated Quantity means the quantity of Gas in MMBtu delivered under this Agreement by Sellers to Buyer at the Delivery Point on a Day as determined in accordance with the measurement and allocation procedures of this Agreement.
Allocated Quantity means pursuant to the GTA, the quantity of Gas in MMBtu attributed to Shipper at the applicable Entry Point or at the applicable Exit Point, as the case may be, on a day in accordance with the measurement and allocation procedures of the Transporter;
Allocated Quantity. Means the quantity of gas attributed to a Shipper by a transmission system operator as an input or an off-take expressed in kWh for the purpose of determining the daily imbalance quantity.

  • Shipper shall sign or cause to sign joint tickets with the Transporter for the quantities of Gas delivered on account of the Shipper to the Transporter at the Entry Point and for the quantities of Gas received on account of the Shipper from the Transporter at the Exit Point, promptly following the determination of Allocated Quantity for each Day.


More Definitions of Allocated Quantity

Allocated Quantity means the allocation to each Shipper of that Shipper's portion of the daily quantities of Natural Gas delivered at the Interconnection Point.
