Gas Flow Day definition
Gas Flow Day means, in relation to the application of any provision of the Code, the Day in relation to deliveries, offtakes or flows of gas or other operations on which such provision is to apply;
Gas Flow Day in relation to the application of any provision of this Agreement, the Day in relation to the injection or withdrawal of Gas or flows of Gas or other operations on which such provision is to apply;

For each Gas Flow Day, the Withdrawal Charge shall be payable in respect of the Withdrawn Quantity for that Gas Flow Day and shall be payable in accordance with clause 13.5.
