Gas Flow Day definition

Gas Flow Day means, in relation to the application of any provision of the Code, the Day in relation to deliveries, offtakes or flows of gas or other operations on which such provision is to apply;

Gas Flow Day in relation to the application of any provision of this Agreement, the Day in relation to the injection or withdrawal of Gas or flows of Gas or other operations on which such provision is to apply;

Gas Flow Day means, in relation to the application of any provision of this Code, the Day in relation to deliveries, offtakes or flow of gas or other operations on which such provision is to apply and “Gas Flow Days” shall be construed accordingly;

Examples of Gas Flow Day in a sentence

• A User nominating quantities of gas for offtake on the Gas Flow Day from the Total System shall make Output Nominations subject to and in accordance with this paragraph 2.

• Nomination is the initial Nomination made or to be made before the Gas Flow Day (but does not include a New Renomination).

• The Operators may agree to exclude the Cumulative Steering Difference Correction from the Agreed Target Quantity in respect of a Gas Flow Day in respect of which an Exceptional Event or a Gas Deficit Emergency has been notified.

• For each Gas Flow Day, the Injection Charge shall be payable in respect of the Injected Quantity for that Gas Flow Day and shall be payable in accordance with clause 13.5.

• For each Gas Flow Day, the Withdrawal Charge shall be payable in respect of the Withdrawn Quantity for that Gas Flow Day and shall be payable in accordance with clause 13.5.

More Definitions of Gas Flow Day

Gas Flow Day means the day of the injection or withdrawal of gas or flows of gas or other operations;
