Allocation Rate definition

Allocation Rate means allocation of units after deduction of Allocation Charge and applicable taxes and levies, if any

  • Premium Allocation Rate - means the proportion of the Premium that is allocated for purchase of Units.

Allocation Rate means the proportion of the investment that is invested. Any deduction is typically to cover set up costs. Where the allocation rate is more than 100%, this is typically to reduce the effect of other charges or costs.
