Allottee(s) definition

Allottee(s) means a successful Bidder to whom the Equity Shares are Allotted;

Allottee(s) means and includes: a) If the Allottee(s) is an individual then his/her legal successor(s), executor(s), administrator(s), legal representative(s), and permitted assignee(s); b) If the Allottee(s) is a Hindu Undivided Family, then its karta and each of the member constituting HUF, their Heirs, executors, successors, administrators and permitted assignees; c) In case the Allottee(s) is a Partnership Firm, then its partners for the time being, their respective legal successor(s), executor(s), administrator(s), legal representative(s) and permitted assignee(s) including those of the respective partners; and d) In case the Allottee(s) is a limited company, then its legal successor(s), representative(s) and permitted assignee(s);

Allottee(s) means one or more ALLOTTEESs named above and include:- a. in case of an individual, his/her heirs executors administrators legal representatives and/or assigns; b. in case of a HUF, its members for the time being their respective heirs executors administrators legal representatives and/or assigns; c. in case of a partnership firm or LLP, its partners for the time being their respective heirs executors administrators legal representatives and/or assigns and in case of LLP shall also include its successors or successors-in-office and/or assigns; d. in case of a Company, its successors or successors-in-office and/or assigns; e. in cases not falling within any of the above categories, the constituent of the ALLOTTEES as its nature and character permits and their heirs legal representatives or successors as the case may be and/or assigns.

Examples of Allottee(s) in a sentence

• That in case there are Joint Allottees all communications shall be sent by the Promoter to the Allottee whose name appears first and at the address given by him/her/it which shall for all intents and purposes to consider as properly served on all the Allottee.

• No fences or partitions shall be placed or affixed to any terrace without the prior approval of the Promoter/ Association of Allottees.

• The Allottee/s shall keep the Promoter fully indemnified and harmless in this regard.

• The Allottee/s hereby agree to pay to the Promoter the balance amount of the Total Sale Consideration of Rs. 6574039/- (Rupees Sixty Five Lakh Seventy Consideration”) for the purchase of the Said Apartment in the manner set out in the Schedule 'E' hereunder written.

• Moreover, the execution of the documents for effectuating the transfer in favor of the said Society shall be subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the SRA, the MCGM and/or any other concerned authorities and/or the Government and the Allottee(s) hereby agree/s and undertake/s that the Allottee(s) shall not challenge or raise a dispute with regard to any of such terms and conditions, which may be onerous in nature.

Allottee(s) means a Unit owner in the Said Project/Whole Project and includes: (i) If the Allottee(s) is an individual then his/her legal successor(s), executor(s), administrator(s), legal representative(s), and permitted assignee(s); (ii) If the Allottee(s) is a Hindu Undivided Family, then its karta and each of the member constituting HUF, their Heirs, executors, successors, administrators and permitted assignees; (iii) In case the Allottee(s) is a Partnership Firm, then its partners for the time being, their respective legal successor(s), executor(s), administrator(s), legal representative(s) and permitted assignee(s) including those of the respective partners; (iv) In case the Allottee(s) is a Limited Liability Partnership Firm, then its partners for the time being, their respective legal successor(s), executor(s), administrator(s), legal representative(s) and permitted assignee(s) including those of the respective Designated Partners; and (v) In case the Allottee(s) is a limited company, then its legal successor(s), representative(s) and permitted assignee(s);

Allottee(s) means, in respect of each Syndicated New Issues Distribution, the Customer or Customers (including, as the case may be, the Settlement Agent) to which the newly issued securities have to be transferred in the CBL system.
