Alternate Compound definition

Alternate Compound means any mono- or di-aminopyridine, other than the Compound, as well as the isomers, and the salts thereof.
Alternate Compound means the […***…] version of TRC105 or any fragment, modification or variant of TRC105 that is developed as an alternative, or in addition, to TRC105.
Alternate Compound means a Back-Up Compound or a Metabolite.

  • In the event that Acorda wishes to develop, market and sell an oral sustained release product for the treatment of SCI which contains the Compound or an Alternate Compound as one of two or more pharmaceutically active ingredients (“Combination Product”), Acorda shall seek the consent of Elan to extend the licences granted by Elan to Acorda pursuant to this Agreement, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

  • Further, in the event that LICENSEE, its Affiliates or sublicensees clinically develop and commercialize the Product containing an Alternate Compound in LICENSEE Territory pursuant to Section 4.1.3.(a), in consideration of the licenses granted by MPC to LICENSEE, LICENSEE shall pay to MPC the milestone payments set forth in Schedule 5.2(b).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the development diligence set forth in Section 4.1.4, the milestone payment set forth in Section 5.2 (but subject to Section 5.2) and the royalties set forth in Section 5.3 shall be applied to the Product containing such back-up Compound to the extent such back-up Compound is an Alternate Compound.
