Alternate Interest Rate Contract definition

Alternate Interest Rate Contract means any Interest Rate Contract or similar agreement delivered by the Authority pursuant to the terms of this Series Indenture subsequent to the Initial Interest Rate Contract; provided, however, that the delivery of such Alternate Interest Rate Contract shall not cause the short-term rating of the 2024 Series C-2 Bonds to be lower than “A-1” or “VMIG-1” (in the case of S&P and Moody’s, respectively), as evidenced by rating letters delivered in connection with the delivery of such Alternate Interest Rate Contract.
