Alternative Director definition

Alternative Director means a person for the time being holding office as an alternate director of the company under clause 25.1.
Alternative Director means a person for the time being appointed by a Director and approved by the majority of the other Directors as an alternative Director of the Company under clause 19.7;
Alternative Director means any director appointed to the Board in accordance with the terms of the Stockholders Agreement in the event of a GSO Excess.
