Alternative Draw Down Amount definition

Alternative Draw Down Amount means the product of (i) Average Trading Volume, (ii) the Closing Price on the Trading Day preceding the issuance of the Draw Down Notice, (iii) eight (8), and (iv) the Liquidity Ratio.
Alternative Draw Down Amount means the product of (i) Average Trading Volume, (ii) the Closing Price on the Trading Day preceding the issuance of the Draw Down Notice, and (iii) four (4) (being the number of Trading Days during a Draw Down Pricing Period multiplied by the Liquidity Ratio).
