Alternative Payment Amount definition

Alternative Payment Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8F(i).
Alternative Payment Amount means an amount calculated in the same manner as the Change of Control Payment except that, for these purposes, all references to the Change of Control Payment Date contained in Section 1.13 shall be references to the effective date of termination of this Agreement.

Alternative Payment Amount means, for each $1,000 Face Amount of this Security, the product of (i) the Settlement Value and (ii) the Multiplier, determined in each case as of the Valuation Date.
