Scheduled Payment Amount definition

Scheduled Payment Amount means the annual blended payments of principal and interest as set out in Schedule A attached hereto for each respective Payment Date.
Scheduled Payment Amount means (a) as of any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Servicing Fee for such Distribution Date (including any accrued and unpaid Servicing Fees with respect to one or more prior Collection Periods), (ii) any accrued and unpaid fees of the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Trustee and the Trust Agent for such Distribution Date, in each case to the extent such fees have not been previously paid by the Servicer or the Administrator, (iii) the Note Interest Distributable Amount for each Class of Notes for such Distribution Date, and (iv) if such Distribution Date is the Note Final Scheduled Distribution Date for a Class of Notes, the Note Principal Distributable Amount for such Class of Notes, to the extent of the outstanding principal amount of such Class of Notes immediately prior to such Distribution Date; provided, however, that, in each case, the Scheduled Payment Amount shall be determined in accordance with the original terms of the Notes when issued and without regard to any subsequent amendment or modification of the Notes that has not been consented to in writing by the Insurer.
Scheduled Payment Amount as of any Payment Date, the amount due on the Notes pursuant to Section 2.6, as adjusted pursuant to Section 2.7. As of the Effective Date, each Scheduled Payment Amount is $1,384,000,000.
