Ambac Information definition

Ambac Information has the meaning provided in Section 2(g) hereof.

Ambac Information means the information furnished by Ambac in writing expressly for use in the Offering Document and is limited to the information included under the headings “The Insurer” and “The Policy” in the Prospectus Supplement.

Ambac Information means the four paragraphs appearing in the Prospectus under the heading "Ambac Assurance Corporation" and the financial statements of the Insurer incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement (which financial statements are contained in the periodic reports of Ambac Financial Group Inc. filed under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934).

At such time as the Registration Statement is declared effective, "Ambac Information" includes the five paragraphs appearing in the Registration Statement under the heading "Ambac Assurance Corporation" (if identical to the five paragraphs in the Preliminary Prospectus or, if they are not identical, then such information in the Registration Statement as is identified in writing by Ambac as "Ambac Information") and the financial statements of the Insurer which are incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement (if the language describing such incorporation by reference is identical to the Preliminary Prospectus or, if it is not identical, then such information in the Registration Statement as is identified in writing by Ambac as "Ambac Information").

Ambac Information means the information in the Offering Circular under the headings "Form of the Bond Policy", "Information relating to AMBAC Insurance UK Limited", "Financial Information Relating to AMBAC Insurance UK Limited", "Relationship Between AMBAC Insurance UK Limited and Ambac Assurance Corporation", "Ambac Assurance Corporation" and the information relating to AMBAC in paragraphs 1, 3, 5, 6 and 7 of "General Information".

Ambac Information has the meaning provided in Section 2(g) hereof. "AMBAC PARTY" means any of Ambac, its subsidiaries and Affiliates, and any shareholder, director, officer, employee, agent or "controlling person," within the meaning of Section 15 of the Securities Act or Section 20 of the Exchange Act, of any of the foregoing.

Ambac Information has the meaning set forth in Section 3.04(b)(i) hereof.

Ambac Information means the four paragraphs appearing in the Prospectus under the heading "Ambac Assurance Corporation" and the financial statements of Ambac incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement (which financial statements are contained in the periodic reports of Ambac Financial Group, Inc. If Ambac's financial statements cease to be filed as part of AFG's periodic reports under the 1934 Act or AFG ceases to file periodic reports pursuant to the 1934 Act, "Ambac Information" includes the audited financial statements of Ambac contemplated by Item 30 of Part C of the Registration Statement.
