Amended and Restated Note definition

Amended and Restated Note means the amended and restated note to be executed by Borrower in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B. The Amended and Restated Note shall amend and restate the Note in its entirety and shall be executed by Borrower as of the date of the Final Disbursement.
Amended and Restated Note and all reference thereto, as used throughout this instrument, shall mean this instrument as originally executed as of the effective date, or if later amended or supplemented, then as so amended or supplemented, and any successor instrument as it may be amended or supplemented.
Amended and Restated Note is hereby amended to mean the Note as further amended by this Amendment. This amendment shall not constitute a novation, repayment or satisfaction of the Indebtedness evidenced by the Note.

Examples of Amended and Restated Note in a sentence

  • This amendment shall apply solely to purchases under the Amended and Restated Note Purchase Agreement that are consummated prior to July 1, 2002.
