Amended and Restated Note Guarantee definition

Amended and Restated Note Guarantee means an amended and restated guarantee agreement, dated as of the First Restatement Date, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 10.10-B, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Amended and Restated Note Guarantee means an amended and restated guarantee agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 9.10-B, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Guaranty Agreement means an agreement executed by the Guarantors in substantially the form of Exhibit F unconditionally guarantying, on a joint and several basis, payment of the Indebtedness, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
