Amendment Proposal definition

Amendment Proposal has the meaning specified in Section 8.02(c).
Amendment Proposal shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.09.

Amendment Proposal has the meaning given in Clause 7.2.

CER means the Commission for Energy Regulation being the regulatory authority for the gas market in the Republic of Ireland. Code Modification shall mean a modification to, or a proposal to modify the Network Code (in the case of NGG) or the GNI Code of Operations in the case of GNI. Competent Authority means any local, national or supra-national agency, authority, department, inspectorate, minister, official, court, tribunal or public or statutory person (whether autonomous or not) of the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland or the Isle of Man or the European Union which has jurisdiction over NGG or GNI (UK) or GNI or the subject matter of this Agreement (including, without limitation, Ofgem and the CER).
