Amendment Proposal definition

Amendment Proposal has the meaning specified in Section 8.02(c).

Competent Authority means any local, national or supra-national agency, authority, department, inspectorate, minister, official, court, tribunal or public or statutory person (whether autonomous or not) of the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland or the Isle of Man or the European Union which has jurisdiction over NGG or GNI (UK) or GNI or the subject matter of this Agreement (including, without limitation, Ofgem and the CER).
