Amenity Zone definition

Amenity Zone means that portion of the public Right-of-Way, adjacent to the sidewalk but outside the pedestrian walking area, which includes streetscape elements, street furniture, landscaping, and/or street trees.
Amenity Zone means the area that is 33% the width of a sidewalk measured from the edge of the curb back into the sidewalk and parallels the length of the sidewalk.
Amenity Zone means the part of a public right-of-way that includes incidental public amenities such as benches, trash receptacles, and pedestrian light fixtures.
