AMI Agreement definition

AMI Agreement means the area of mutual interest and non-compete agreement between the Company and CanArgo dated January 24, 2007;
AMI Agreement means the area of mutual interest and non-compete agreement entered into between Tethys and CanArgo on January 24, 2007;
AMI Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(b)(vii).
