In addition to the foregoing, while employed by the Company, Executive shall not (A) solicit the trade of, or trade with, any customer or prospective customer of the Company (except for the benefit of the Company) or (B) engage in any business in the Specified Areas that is competitive with any aspect of the business that is being conducted (or planned) by the Company.
