AMI Meter definition

AMI Meter. Means an Advanced Metering Infrastructure equipped meter setup, which aids in two-way communication between the Company and Customers.
AMI Meter means a meter connected to a telecommunications network with capability activated for two‐way communication between the meter and Western Power and configured for the upload and download of data and commands, and provision of advanced metering services from a remote locality.

  • If a Customer to be upgraded to an Interval Meter does not already have an AMI Meter or a communicating hourly pricing meter, then requests for the Company to install an Interval Meter must be made at least 21 business days before April 1st in order to ensure that the Interval Meter is installed prior to the Customer Enrollment Deadline.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document.
