Ammonia Loop definition

Ammonia Loop means the ammonia loop facility that will be constructed as an extension of the Methanol Plant pursuant to the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Agreement dated as of October 20, 1997 between Terra Nitrogen Corporation, a Delaware corporation and a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Terra Capital, and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx USA Corporation, a Delaware corporation, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time hereafter in accordance with the terms thereof.
Ammonia Loop means that portion of Terra’s, or its Affiliate’s, chemical manufacturing facility located at Beaumont, Texas that produces ammonia or such other chemicals other than methanol;
