Amphitheater definition

Amphitheater means that certain 6,000 seat amphitheater, currently referred to as Daily’s Place, immediately south of the Stadium.
Amphitheater has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.04 hereof.
Amphitheater means the outdoor entertainment facility to be known as "Walnut Creek Amphitheater" which is to be constructed on the Amphitheater Site by WAAC pursuant to, and as contemplated by, the provisions of the Lease Purchase Agreement and the Development Agreement. The term "Amphitheater" shall include within its definition the Amphitheater Site and all buildings, fixtures, parking lots and other improvements which are constructed or placed on the Amphitheater Site as a part of or related to such outdoor entertainment facility.

More Definitions of Amphitheater

Amphitheater shall include within its definition all buildings, fixtures and other improvements which are constructed or placed on the Property as a part of or related to such outdoor entertainment facility.
Amphitheater. The existing outdoor entertainment facility located in Holmdel, New Jersey and commonly known as the Garden State Arts Center.
