AMR Device means an Automated Meter Read device or a gas or electricity meter that either on its own or with another device (which keeps to any relevant industry requirement) provides measured gas or electricity consumption data for multiple time periods, and can provide that information to D-ENERGi or its ‘Source Supplier’ remotely
