Anchor Store definition

Anchor Store means, generally, a major, large, well-known chain retailer that offers various goods and is a driver of business to smaller retailers in the area.
Anchor Store means any department or specialty store which either (i) occupies a floor area in excess of 50,000 square feet in the Shopping Center, or (ii) is designated an Anchor Store in a notice to that effect given by Landlord to Tenant.
Anchor Store means a department store with National Recognition as defined herein, a minimum of 140,000 gross leasable square feet in size, two to three stories in height with at least two floors of retail area.
