Anchorage Agreements definition

Anchorage Agreements means, collectively, (i) that certain Equipment Loan and Security Agreement, dated March 11, 2022, by and between Core Scientific, Inc. and Anchorage Lending CA, LLC and that certain Promissory Note, dated March 11, 2022, issued in connection therewith and (ii) that certain Equipment Loan and Security Agreement, dated May 23, 2022, by and between Core Scientific, Inc. and Anchorage Lending CA, LLC and that certain Promissory Note, dated May 23, 2022, issued in connection therewith.
