Ancillary Project Area Infrastructure definition

Ancillary Project Area Infrastructure means reticulation or distribution infrastructure generally located above the surface of the ground (such as overhead power lines and/or power poles/towers, street and public place lighting and/or the poles/towers for such lighting, telephone lines and/or telephone poles/towers and data cables and/or data poles/towers) or located below the surface of the ground (such as buried power lines, telephone lines, data cables, gas pipelines, water pipelines, sewers and drains), that does not prevent the common law native title holders in relation to the land or waters where the infrastructure is to be located from having reasonable access to such land or waters in the vicinity of the infrastructure except:-

  • Infrastructure facility means a building; structure; or networks of buildings, structures, pipes, controls, and equipment, or portion thereof, that provide transportation, utilities, public education, or public safety services. Included are government office buildings; public schools; courthouses; jails; prisons; water treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations; wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations; solid waste disposal plants, incinerators, landfills, and related facilities; public roads and streets; highways; public parking facilities; public transportation systems, terminals, and rolling stock; rail, air, and water port structures, terminals, and equipment.

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • Infrastructure means infrastructure serving the County and improved or unimproved real estate and personal property, including machinery and equipment, used in the operation of the Project, within the meaning of Section 4-29-68 of the Code.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Project Area means land or lands located within the incentive

  • Project area plan means a written plan that, after its effective date, guides and controls the development within a project area.

  • Broadband infrastructure means the physical infrastructure used for the transmission of data that provides broadband services. “Broadband infrastructure” does not include land, buildings, structures, improvements, or equipment not directly used in the transmission of data via broadband.
