Ancillary Service Revenues definition

Ancillary Service Revenues means any and all revenues derived by the Surviving Corporation and the New PC from the provision of any “Designated Health Services”, as that term is defined at 42 USC 1395nn(h)(6) of the Federal Physician Self-Referral Law, or “Xxxxx Law”, including but not limited to “physical therapy service.”
Ancillary Service Revenues shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(d).
