Anesthesia Services means administration of anesthetic agents to cause loss of sensation to the body or body part.
Anesthesia Services means administration of any drug or combination of drugs with the purpose of creating deep sedation/analgesia, regional anesthesia or general anesthesia. Anesthesia services shall not include the administration of topical or local anesthesia or moderate sedation/analgesia;

Anesthesia Services means administration of any anesthetic agent with the purpose of creating conscious sedation, regional anesthesia or general anesthesia. For the purposes of this subchapter, the administration of topical or local anesthesia, minor conduction blocks, pain management or pain medication shall not be deemed to be anesthesia services.
