ANNUAL EXPENSE ESCROW AMOUNT. An amount equal to the product of (i) .04% per annum and (ii) the aggregate Class Principal Balances of the Class A, Class M and Class B Certificates, which is computed and payable on a monthly basis and represents the estimated annual Trustee's and Co-Trustee's fees and expenses of the Trust Fund.
