Annual License Fees definition

Annual License Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
Annual License Fees means the annual fees paid to keep the Claims comprising the Property in good standing as set out in Schedule “A”, including any subsequent increase by the Republic of Tanzania;
Annual License Fees will mean the annual license fees payable for the continued use of the System and Services as indicated on Annexure A;

Examples of Annual License Fees in a sentence

  • Interest shall continue to be accrued on monthly compounding basis until all the payable amount of Annual License Fees and/or other dues are finally squared up.

  • The aforesaid Annual License Fees shall be paid in two instalments and shall be due on 1st April and 1st October of each calendar year.

  • Licensee’s failure to pay any costs or Annual License Fees under this Agreement within thirty (30) days of the due date shall constitute a material default.

  • In addition, if Licensee is required to continue to pay Royalties on Net Sales after termination or expiration, then all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect other than Sections 2 (License Grant), 3 (Diligence), 4.1 (Annual License Fees), 4.2 (Milestone Payments), 5.1 (Diligence Reports), and 7 (Intellectual Property).

  • The Total Consideration shall consist of the Upfront Premium and Annual License Fees, payable as per the terms of the License Agreement.


More Definitions of Annual License Fees

Annual License Fees as specified in Exhibit A02, Section 1.2, and elsewhere in the Contract, shall be renamed "Annual Software Maintenance Fees."

  • Reciprocal license means the issuance of an Iowa license to practice barbering to an applicant who is currently licensed in another state and which state has a mutual agreement to license persons who have the same or similar qualifications to those required in Iowa.

  • Retail license means one of the following licenses issued under this title:

  • Occupational license means a certificate, registration, or license issued by a state department, bureau, or agency that has regulatory authority over an individual that allows an individual to legally engage in a regulated occupation or that allows the individual to use a specific title in the practice of an occupation, profession, or vocation.

  • Conditional license or "conditional approval" means a license

  • Material License has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.15.

  • License Fees means all non-refundable fees payable by Licensee to OT with respect to the granting of Software Licenses; “License Model” means the description of the conditions, limitations and restrictions associated with the Software License which govern the use of the Software, as set out in the applicable License Model Schedule;

  • Local licensing authority means the governing body of a municipality or city and county, the board of county commissioners of a county, or any authority designated by municipal or county charter, municipal ordinance, or county resolution.

  • Governmental Licenses has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.

  • License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.

  • Sublicense Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3 below.

  • Financial licensing act means any of the financial licensing acts, as that term is defined in section 2 of the consumer financial services act, 1988 PA 161, MCL 487.2052.

  • Environmental Licence means any permit, licence, authorisation, consent or other approval required by any Environmental Law.

  • License Type means the identification of whether the license for a Software Product is for a Perpetual Term or Subscription Term as specified in the Quote.

  • Milestone Payments means payments made in connection with any Permitted Acquisition or other acquisition (including any license or the acquisition of any license) of any rights in respect of any drug or other pharmaceutical product (and any related property or assets) to sellers (or licensors) of the assets or Equity Interests acquired (or licensed) therein based on the achievement of specified revenue, profit or other performance targets (financial or otherwise).

  • Milestone 2 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $35,000,000 during any Calendar Year ending on or before December 31, 2024.

  • Sales Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.

  • CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a rate equal to 0.0005% per annum.

  • Annual Net Sales means, with respect to any Calendar Year, the aggregate amount of the Net Sales for such Calendar Year.

  • State of principal license means a member state where a physician holds a license to practice medicine and which has been designated as such by the physician for purposes of registration and participation in the Compact.

  • Milestone means an event or task described in the Implementation Plan which must be completed by the corresponding date set out in such plan;
