Annual Maintenance Assessment definition

Annual Maintenance Assessment means the Association’s annual maintenance assessment for each Lot as determined in accordance with the provisions of this Declaration.
Annual Maintenance Assessment means the Association’s annual maintenance assessment levied against the Lots pursuant to the budget adopted annually by the Association in accordance with the provisions of this Declaration.

Examples of Annual Maintenance Assessment in a sentence

  • The Annual Maintenance Assessment (AMA) will be due each year on a month to be determined by the equitable prorated method with the month currently being utilized for payment.

  • The first Annual Maintenance Assessment against all Lots shall be prorated according to the number of months then remaining in the fiscal year.

  • The Board shall establish the amount of the Annual Maintenance Assessment for the following fiscal year to meet the projected financial needs of the Association as set forth in the budget for said fiscal year.

  • At the Board's discretion, such assessment may be payable in a lump sum within thirty (30) days after notice or all or any portion thereof may be assessed as a part of the Annual Maintenance Assessment described above.

  • If the Board fails for any reason to determine a budget for any fiscal year, or if the increase in any Annual Maintenance Assessment in excess of fifteen percent (15%) above the previous year is not approved as required above, then the budget and assessments most recently in effect shall continue in effect until a new budget is determined.

  • The Developer shall establish the initial Annual Maintenance Assessment in effect upon the recording of this Declaration.

  • Termination of membership for other reasons which includes the denial of use of the facilities and non-payment of the Annual Maintenance Assessment (AMA) shall only occur when such termination is allowed by local, state or federal rules, regulations or statute, and after all proper notifications, hearings and all due process allowed.

  • The Board of Directors shall set policies relating to the collection of the Annual Maintenance Assessment (AMA) to insure they are collected in an efficient manner.

  • The Annual Maintenance Assessment shall be used to fund all general activities and expenses of the Association incurred in the administration of the powers and duties granted under the Governing Documents and pursuant to Law, including the maintenance of adequate maintenance reserve accounts.

  • The first Annual Maintenance Assessment against any parcel shall be prorated according to the number of months then remaining in the fiscal year.

Related to Annual Maintenance Assessment

  • Operation and Maintenance Costs means the costs of:

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

  • Phase I assessment as described in, and meeting the criteria of, (i) Chapter 5 of the FNMA Multifamily Guide or any successor provisions covering the same subject matter in the case of a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property is multifamily property or (ii) the American Society for Testing and Materials in the case of Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property is not multifamily property.

  • Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.

  • Corrective Maintenance means the maintenance which is required when an item has failed or worn out, to bring it back to working order, which may also include those services necessary to partially restore, renew or strengthen an existing Department facility or system, following damage caused by use or normal wear and tear.

  • Routine maintenance means activities to keep an impervious surface as near as possible to its constructed condition. This includes ordinary maintenance activities, resurfacing paved areas, and exterior building changes or improvements which do not materially increase or concentrate stormwater runoff, or cause additional nonpoint source pollution.

  • Industrial maintenance coating means a high performance architectural coating, including primers, sealers, undercoaters, intermediate coats, and topcoats formulated for application to substrates, including floors, exposed to one or more of the following extreme environmental conditions listed below and labeled “For industrial use only;” “For professional use only;” “Not for residential use;” or “Not intended for residential use.”

  • Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;

  • Maintenance Adder means an adder that may be included to account for variable operation and maintenance expenses in a Market Seller’s Fuel Cost Policy. The Maintenance Adder is calculated in accordance with the applicable provisions of PJM Manual 15, and may only include expenses incurred as a result of electric production. Manual Load Dump Action:

  • Emergency Maintenance means any period of maintenance for which, due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, Sprint Convergence is unable to provide prior notice of.

  • Maintenance area means any geographic region of the United States previously designated nonattainment pursuant to the CAA Amendments of 1990 and subsequently redesignated to attainment subject to the requirement to develop a maintenance plan under §175A of the CAA, as amended.

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Preventive Maintenance means that maintenance, performed on a scheduled basis by the Contractor, which is designed to keep the Equipment in proper operating condition.

  • Comprehensive assessment means the gathering of relevant social, psychological, medical and level of care information by the case manager and is used as a basis for the development of the consumer service plan.

  • Operations and maintenance means a project delivery method in which the District enters into a single contract for the routine operation, routine repair, and routine maintenance of an infrastructure facility.

  • Maintenance and Operations Revenue or “M&O Revenue” means (i) those revenues which the District receives from the levy of its annual ad valorem maintenance and operations tax pursuant to Section 45.002 of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE, or other lawful authority, and Article VII § 3 of the TEXAS CONSTITUTION, plus (ii) all State revenues to which the District is or may be entitled under the applicable provisions of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE or any other statutory provision as well as any amendment or successor statute to these provisions, as applicable, less

  • Maintenance Test means the maintenance test set out in Clause 12.1 (Maintenance Test).

  • Maintenance Schedule means a document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies;

  • Major maintenance means the adjustment, repair or replacement of a component or module that could affect the accuracy of a measurement.

  • Health maintenance organization means that term as defined in section 3501 of the insurance code of 1956, 1956 PA 218, MCL 500.3501.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Medical assessment means an assessment of a patient’s medical condition secured by our Assistance Company working in conjunction with the Medical Evacuation Provider’s medical director and in collaboration with the attending physician. The Assistance Company in collaboration with the Medical Evacuation Provider, will utilize the assessment to determine at its sole discretion whether a Plan Holder is fit to fly; the most appropriate means to provide medical evacuation; the medical personnel who will be accompanying the patient on the transport; and to confirm the medical facility closest to one’s home can meet their medical needs. If the patient’s medical facility of choice is unable to provide the high level of medical care required by the patient, arrangements will be made to transport the patient to the appropriate medical facility closest to their home, or closest to patient's preferred medical facility in the US when possible.

  • Impact Assessment has the meaning given to it in Clause 22.1.3 (Variation Procedure);

  • Retail Service and Maintenance Sector Means the service and maintenance of retail facilities which includes financial institutions, retail businesses, schools and hospitals but does not include commercial premises as defined.

  • Phase I Environmental Assessment A “Phase I assessment” as described in, and meeting the criteria of, the ASTM, plus a radon and asbestos inspection.
