Annual Management Charge definition

Annual Management Charge means the ongoing fee paid to the ACD for managing the Fund, usually charged as a percentage of the value of the Fund
Annual Management Charge means the applicable Annual Management Charge as set out in Schedule 2.
Annual Management Charge or “AMC” means a deduction made by the pension provider or investment manager from invested assets, normally as a percentage of the assets. The AMC is generally how the pension provider or investment manager is paid for their services.

  • If there are insufficient monies available to meet our Annual Management Charge, then we may at our discretion elect either: (a) to roll this up interest free to be deducted proportionally across the portfolio on a later occasion when sufficient monies may be available to cover such annual management or (b) liquidate a sufficient amount of assets proportionally across the portfolio in order to meet such fees and charges.
